Why would you want to do this work?
It’s fun, it’s playful, and it develops your curiosity and your creativity. It gives you the opportunity to learn more about yourself, to increase your awareness of your feelings and what is going on in your body. You learn how to identify different feelings and energetic states and you learn where they generally live in your body. The result being that you have created a wonderful way of nourishing and renewing yourself. It is like a spa. But instead of having the expense of going to a spa, you have your own process that you can simply use for a few minutes every day. As you do so, you create your own rituals, practices and remedies for well-being and you learn how to honor and respect what you feel. You will be able to find more compassion and empathy for yourself and others. You will learn how you can move those energetic states without getting stuck in them.
This is a creative, playful process. There is plenty of laughter, curiosity and introspection during this time. People begin to know and experience themselves in unique ways, recognizing parts of themselves previously unknown or perhaps forgotten.
